This park is privately managed on behalf of the Noosa Council. To ensure your stay is enjoyable please read and observe the following conditions of occupancy as the safety of our customers is of prime importance.

One vehicle per site

You can assist our cause by limiting the speed of your vehicle to 5kph (slow walking pace) whilst within the park. Limit vehicle movement at all times and do not tow trailers or boats in camping areas between 1Opm and 6am. Only one vehicle per site is permitted and must remain within the allocated site.

Campsites

Please keep your site tidy and use the facilities provided for rubbish disposal. Please do not dig trenches on or around your site. No camping on the foreshore. Tent exclusive area located on southern side of entry.

To conform with fire regulations, and for the enjoyment of other campers, please allow a minimum of 2 metres between campsites, note only one tent or caravan per site. No camping on grassed areas around the barbeque shelter.

Gazebos

Gazebos or external structures are not allowed, unless it is physically fixed to part of the tent, van or annex.

Fires

Open fires and braziers are not permitted.

Security Advice

While Park Managers do their best to ensure a safe and secure environment, we do recommend that visitors to the park take the precaution of securing items of value left outside their tent or caravan during the day and overnight.

Powered Sites

Please note: we are not on town water, so please arrange your own water supply before arrival. Note: these sites are not connected to sullage. Strictly no second vehicle or trailers. Power must only be accessed using 15Amp leads. Household leads not allowed.

Evacuation

In case of fire or other emergency please make your way to the evacuation assembly point as shown on the map overleaf.

Children

The park and its facilities are provided for the enjoyment of you and your children. The supervision of your children is important for their safety and to ensure they do not disturb other people in the park. Children must be accompanied by an adult when visiting the showers and toilets.

Noise

The peaceful enjoyment of our park and its facilities by all visitors is important to us. Please assist by being considerate to your neighbors and restrict noise from radios, televisions and social gatherings after 10pm and before 6am.

Amenities Block

All children under 10 years old must be directly supervised by a responsible adult. Ladies please dispose of sanitary items in the bins provided.

Pets

Are allowed during off peak periods only, and by prior application with the manager, noting we are located within a natural area.

Wildlife

Please do not feed the wildlife.

Generators

Are not permitted in the park at any time. Please consult with the managers regarding recharging batteries.

BBQs

Gas/electric BBQs etc. are permitted at campsites and adults may light a fire for cooking in the wood fire BBQs provided. It is the responsibility of the adult to ensure the fire is kept small and under control, is supervised at all times and is extinguished with water.

Garbage

Refuse bins (Green/Red lids): Please double wrap your food waste before placing in the bins to improve hygiene and reduce flies.

Recycle Bins (yellow lids): Please separate your recyclables from your refuse waste. Recycle items include all glass bottles & jars, aluminum and steel cans, newspapers & cardboard, and plastics with the recycle symbol and numbers 1-6 inside.

Campsite Litter

When departing your campsite, please ensure all small litter items are removed.

Trees

Council undertakes tree management at the camping ground, however trees and limbs can fall without warning. Move from under trees before storms and strong winds. You may be directed by onsite managers to move during strong winds/ storm events. Do not tie ropes, lines or tarps to trees. Please do not  climb trees.

Bicycles/scooters/skateboards/ribsticks etc.

Are permitted within the park, subject to normal road rules being observed. This includes wearing helmets, abiding to the 5kph limit and used during daylight hours only. Use of any of these items is not permitted around the amenities block or the BBQ areas. Unattended items outside these areas’ will be relocated by management. Patrons are reminded, roads are not a safe place for children to play.

Damage/nuisance

Being a nuisance, defacing or damaging structures or camp ground property will result in immediate eviction from the park.

No smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the amenities block, office, camp kitchen area and a minimum of 10 metres from any entry's or public areas.

Visitors

Are welcome while you are present and their behavior is your responsibility. Visitors must park outside the campground and register with the office on arrival.

Fees

Advance payment of all fees is required. Cancellations/refunds: 28 days notice required to receive full refund (less $30 admin fee).
No refund if customer changes their mind regarding arrival or departure dates, or due to weather.

Check in

Is after midday. Arrivals after 6pm are by prior arrangement with management.

Check out

All sites to be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Late departure available by prior arrangement. A fee applies.

Dump Point

Please empty effluent waste into the dump point provided. Please do not dispose of non-effluent waste, and use biodegradable chemicals where possible.

Water

Where possible, contain greywater. Permanent water conservation measures are in place, so please use water wisely. 
Please report leaking taps, toilets or showers to the Manager in the office. Spend less than 4 minutes in the shower. Turn off the tap while brushing your teeth.

Our aim is to protect the natural environment and the unique biodiversity of this area.

Sports Field

The sports fields behind the campground are managed by Council’s Parks & Gardens.
