A deposit is required at the time of booking.
Online bookings can be made at www.noosaholidayparks.com.au, and are required to be paid in full.
Payment of a deposit or balance owing constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and the Park Rules.
Rebookings at Noosa Holiday Parks will occur on the basis of days, not dates. This means that rebookings will align with the weeks of the year, and not school holidays.
Bookings are limited to twelve (12) months in advance.
Bookings are subject to availability and pricing at the time of booking.
All guests agree to pay the rate for each night of their stay and additional charges up until the time of departure including all extras such as adults, children and vehicles.
Each tariff listed is for up to two (2) persons. Additional persons must be booked prior to arrival, otherwise entry may be denied. At no time during the stay is the number of guests to exceed the number booked, unless prior approval is sought and given by management, along with all the relevant fees paid. Any person exceeding the registered occupancy of the site will be considered a trespasser and will be asked to leave.
Preferred sites are not guaranteed and may be changed at the discretion of the Park Management without prior notice. Park management reserves the right to cancel or amend any bookings.
Persons under 18 (or persons on their behalf) are not permitted to make reservations.
All guests under the age of 18, must be accompanied by a responsible adult such as a parent, stepparent, guardian, or other adult who has parental rights and responsibilities for the underage guests. Any persons found under the age of 18 who are not accompanied by a responsible adult, may have their reservation cancelled with full booking amount forfeited.
The cancellation and refund policy for each park is detailed in the Park Rules.
No pets are allowed within the Noosa North Shore Campground or Noosa River Holiday Park.
One (1) car space is allocated per site booked.
Only one tent, caravan or camper trailer per site. This includes no structures to combine two sites.
Site allocation will be made according to the dimensions of your caravan. Please ensure you state the total exterior length of your van from front to back including all attachments and drawbar at the time of booking. If your equipment is not able to be accommodated on the size sites available at the park, you will be contacted as soon as this is known and if possible you will be offered alternate dates or your booking cancelled.
Guests are not permitted to erect clotheslines or hammocks on any park infrastructure. This includes between trees, fences, power poles, railings etc.
The use of ground outside your designated site size is not permitted. Please do not tie tent ropes, clotheslines or hammocks to the foreshore fencing or any park infrastructure.
A maximum of five (5) people only are allowed per site at Boreen Point Campground, Noosa North Shore Campground and Noosa River Holiday Park.
The sites at Boreen Point Campground and Noosa North Shore Campground are not connected to water or sullage.
Dump points are available at Boreen Point Campground, Noosa North Shore Campground and Noosa River Holiday Park.
Disturbance including but not limited to excessive noise, intoxication and loud music is prohibited with a 10:00pm curfew. If a complaint is received, a first warning will be given. If a second complaint is received, this may result in an eviction with no refund. Poor behaviour, such as foul language, will not be tolerated at any time, and will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Failure to comply with the Park Rules will affect a guest's option to rebook at any time.
Noosa Holiday Parks is not to be used for commercial use without prior management approval.
