Sites are to be vacated no later than 10.00 am on the day of departure. Please request a late check-out at the office.

Visitors are welcome while you are present and their behaviour is your responsibility. All visitors must check-in at the office before entering the holiday park. Visitor vehicles are not permitted in the holiday park.

Gazebos or similar shade structures are to be tied down securely with suitable ropes and pegs. These structures are to fall inside the allocated site.

The safety of our guests is of prime importance. Maximum vehicle speed whilst within the holiday park is 5 kph (slow walking pace). We have ZERO tolerance on speeds over 5kph. Please limit vehicle movement at all times. Only one vehicle is permitted per site and must remain within the allocated site.

Boats up to 4.5 metres including trailer may be accommodated depending on the site allocation and subject to availability. Approval is required prior to arrival for boat and trailers longer than 4.5 metres.

Strictly no dogs or pets allowed.

Must only be accessed using 15 AMP leads. Household leads are not allowed. All leads used by guests are to be tagged and tested.

The supervision of your children is important for their safety and to ensure they do not disturb other people in the holiday park.

No riding in or around the amenity blocks, access walkways or in the camp kitchen. Please wear a helmet when riding bicycles and scooters.

The minimum deposit payable at the time of booking is $50, except for bookings longer than 28 days which require a minimum deposit of $700.

Payment for the total period of stay must be made prior to or on arrival, except for bookings longer than 28 days which are required to remain 14 days in payment arrears for the length of the booking.

• At least 28 days notice is required to receive a refund.
• Any credit or refund under 28 days notice will require Noosa Council approval, which may take up to a week to process and is not guaranteed.
• Any credit will only be valid for 12 months from the original booking date.
• All cancellations incur a $30 administration fee.

Guests and their visitors must always secure their belongings. Park Management accept no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage that may occur to personal property.

Please refer to the Park Map for the location of the dump point. Do not dispose of non-effluent waste.

All taps provide drinkable water.
Please be mindful of water conservation and advise Park Management of any damage or leaks.

For all emergencies (including fire) please go to the Evacuation Point in the carpark at the entrance of the holiday park (please refer to the Park Map).

Sites are to be kept tidy at all times. Rubbish and recycling facilities are provided for all waste. Please do not dig trenches on or around your site. Please provide a minimum of 0.9 metre clearance between set up (including any devices used to secure a tent or gazebo) and allocated site boundary. Please note: Only 1 set-up is allowed per site.

This is a communal facility and is accessible to all guests. Please ensure that you clean any used equipment (BBQs, hotplates, benches, sinks and tables). Please label all food left in the fridge with your name and departure date.

The peaceful enjoyment of our holiday park and its facilities by all visitors is important to us. Please assist by being considerate to your neighbours and restrict noise from radios, televisions and social gatherings after 10:00 pm and before 7:00 am.

Please ensure that all waste is removed from site and placed into the different waste bins provided.
Where waste is larger than the bins provided, it is the responsibility of the guest to remove the item/s from the holiday park (for example: broken gazebos).

Please be aware that trees and limbs can fall without warning with an increased likelihood during storms and strong winds. You may be directed by Park Management to move during strong winds and storms. Do not tie ropes, lines or tarps to trees.

Please refrain from feeding the wildlife or leaving scraps.

Creating a nuisance, defacing or damaging structures or holiday park property or the environment will result in immediate eviction and a ban from all Noosa Holiday Parks.

Park Management staff and contractors are to be treated with respect at all times. Guests and visitors are to treat each other with respect at all times. Behaviour or activities that interfere with the safety and privacy of guests, visitors, Park Management staff and contractors, or their proper use and enjoyment of the campground will not be tolerated. Park Management reserves the right to immediately cancel a booking in the event of such behaviour or activities.

Do not dispose of greywater on the holiday park grounds (it is illegal). All greywater is to be disposed of at the Dump Point or at the allocated site grey water drain. Do not dispose of greywater in the sinks or other wash areas.

Please refer to the Park Map for the location of the designated smoking area. Smoking is only permitted at the designated smoking area.

Each site must be booked in the name of the occupier.
Sites cannot be transferred to another person/s, including family and friends.
Sites cannot be sub-let to another person/s.
At no time during the stay is the number of guests to exceed the number booked, unless approval is provided by Park Management, and all relevant fees are paid.

Vehicles and pedestrians share roadways.
The beach is NOT a patrolled beach.
